We evaluate the room’s size, layout, lighting, acoustics, and existing conditions to determine how the space can best support employee well-being. We then develop a customized vision tailored to your workplace.

3. Design & Proposal

You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated design concept, including furniture, finishes, sensory elements, and a detailed implementation plan. Every recommendation is selected to create a calming, functional, and welcoming experience.

4. Transformation

Once approved, we coordinate the transformation of the space, bringing the design to life with furnishings, lighting, sound accessories, and wellness-focused details that create a true sanctuary within the workplace.

5. Program Integration

The space comes to life through guided wellness experiences. Together, we’ll determine the programming that best fits your team—from live Recharge Clinics and digital streaming sessions to an on-demand audio library for independent use.

6. Launch

We introduce your new Room to Breathe to employees with a guided launch experience, ensuring they understand how to use the space and feel confident incorporating it into their workday.

7. Ongoing Support

Well-being is not a one-time initiative. Through continued programming, fresh content, and optional membership plans, your Room to Breathe remains an active, engaging wellness destination that evolves alongside your team.
